Who you're contracting with

The rfud.io website and the RFUD Launch Assistant are operated by RFUD LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN 35-2969887), registered at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country of residence are not affected.

What this is

RFUD operates an AI-led Launch Assistant. The assistant generates strategy, questions, and recommendations from the information you provide. It is a thinking partner, not a guarantee of business outcomes.

Acceptable use

Do not use the assistant to plan anything illegal, harmful, or designed to defraud or harass others. Do not attempt to extract other users' data or interfere with the service. Fair-use limits apply — sustained high-volume automated use will be throttled.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas, facts, and decisions you share. By using the assistant you grant RFUD permission to store, process and display them back to you, and — when you explicitly request a review — to share them with a RFUD operator.

No professional advice

The assistant is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Engage qualified professionals for decisions that require them.

Service availability

RFUD may change, pause, or remove the assistant or any feature at any time. We aim to give meaningful notice for changes that affect saved strategies.

Engaging RFUD

Nothing in the assistant constitutes a commercial agreement with RFUD. Any engagement to build, operate, or scale a venture requires a separate, signed agreement.
