What we collect

When you use the RFUD Launch Assistant we store the messages you send, the strategy canvas the assistant builds, and basic usage telemetry (timestamps, model and token counts). If you sign in we store your email address and link it to your sessions.

Why we collect it

To make your strategy persistent so you can return to it, to improve the assistant, to operate fair-use limits, and — when you explicitly request it — to allow a RFUD operator to review your strategy and reply.

Who sees it

Your saved data is scoped to your account. Anonymous sessions live on the server and are accessible only to RFUD systems via a signed session cookie. Conversations are not used to train external models.

Your rights

You can export your strategy from your account page, delete your account on request, or stop using the assistant at any time. To request deletion or a copy of your data, write to hello@rfud.io.

Not advice

The Launch Assistant is an AI tool. Its output is a thinking partner, not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Use judgement before acting on it.

This is RFUD's working privacy notice during the public launch phase. Substantive changes will be flagged in the assistant.
